I answered the phone tonight. It was an electronic polling thingy. Wanted to know who I intended to vote for if the election were today. It asked how I felt about the Affordable Care Act. It asked who I voted for in '08. It asked if I considered myself a Dem, a Repub an Indy or a Greeny.
Folks, I lied through my teeth on every question with the exception of religion. I called myself a protestant.
I'm not sure if this helps or hurts our side. I suspect the poll was commissioned by the left but, I am not sure. The only thing I was thinking is the only poll that counts is the one in November and I am afraid the polling scientists are hard at work to de-legitimize that tabulation. I am tired of the scientists trying to figure out how to program their candidate to elicit a desired response from us. Thus, I fought back in the only way I know; I lied.
